We
are looking for
English Teachers:
Enthusiastic and reliable English mother-tongue language
teachers, or people who are English mother-tongue with
the potential and motivation to develop into real professionals.
EU passport preferable and work permit/visa essential.
Applicants must have university degree and a recognized
teaching certificate. Previous EFL teaching experience
is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should
already reside in Italy or be able to attend an interview
in person.
We offer full time and part time hours in a multicultural
and friendly working environment. Student-centred work
and rich job variety and flexibility. The monthly salary
can range from 1000 to 1.400 euros net, depending on
number of hours, responsibilities, duration and experience,
with an hourly contract.
Your work load will be made up of individual lessons,
groups of adults, young children (3-8 years of age using
English is Fun! method) and some young learners (8-13
years of age). Lessons can be on site or away in companies
or other schools.
We use the English Communicative Method always encouraging
students to demonstrate their acquired English and creating
the appropriate atmosphere for the student to have a
positive and proactive learning experience, giving specific
and complete didactic feedback in order for the student
to know what is being done well, what needs to be improved
and where they are in their progress in relation to
their objective. But most of all we want our students
to have fun learning English and feel that their teachers
are the best they have ever had. It is the quality of
teaching that has the greatest impact on student satisfaction
and student “loyalty” to our school.
